Shipping policy

The following information applies to orders placed through the official Mysto Cashmere online store.

Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Standard processing time is 1–3 business days from the date the order is placed.

During peak periods, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified if additional time is required.

Shipping Destinations

Mysto Cashmere currently ships to the following regions:

  • Canada
  • United States
  • Selected international destinations

Available countries are displayed at checkout. If shipping to a destination is unavailable, the order cannot be completed for that address.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times from the date of dispatch:

  • Canada: approximately 2–7 business days
  • United States: approximately 3–10 business days
  • International: approximately 5–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, customs clearance, or external factors such as weather conditions.

Shipping Rates

  • Complimentary standard shipping on all orders shipped within Canada and the United States.
  • Complimentary international shipping is offered to selected destinations; however, customs duties, import taxes, and local handling fees are not included and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping charges will be reflected as free shipping at checkout. Any applicable duties or taxes are not collected by Mysto Cashmere.

Order Tracking

Once an order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders shipped outside of Canada and the United States, local customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees may apply.

These charges are assessed by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Mysto Cashmere does not control or cover these additional charges and cannot offer refunds for customs duties, import taxes, or related fees.

Customers are encouraged to contact their local customs office for further information prior to placing an order.

Incorrect Address and Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the parcel is returned to Mysto Cashmere, additional reshipping fees may apply.

If a parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, customers should contact the carrier directly and notify Mysto Cashmere at info@mystocashmere.com.

Undeliverable and Returned Parcels

If an order is returned to Mysto Cashmere as undeliverable or unclaimed, the customer will be contacted by email.

The order may be reshipped upon payment of additional shipping fees, or refunded minus any return charges imposed by the carrier.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Order changes or cancellations can only be requested before the order has been processed for shipment.

Customers wishing to modify or cancel an order should contact info@mystocashmere.com as soon as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations are no longer possible and the order will be handled in accordance with the Refund Policy.

Pre-Orders — ESG Approach

At Mysto Cashmere, select pieces are offered as pre-orders as part of our considered approach to production.

Pre-ordering allows us to align demand with production more precisely, reducing excess inventory and unnecessary waste. By producing with intention rather than overstock, we are able to maintain exceptional material standards while minimizing environmental impact.

For our customers, pre-orders offer early access to thoughtfully crafted pieces before they become available for general release. This approach ensures greater availability of core styles and sizes, while supporting a more responsible production cycle.

Pre-order items will be dispatched once they arrive at our warehouse. Estimated dispatch dates are clearly indicated on the product page at the time of purchase.

If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, Mysto Cashmere may ship the order in one or multiple parcels depending on operational considerations.

By choosing to pre-order, customers participate in a shared commitment to mindful consumption—where quality, longevity, and environmental responsibility are valued equally. It is a mutual exchange that allows us to create with purpose, and for you to receive pieces made with care and intention.
