Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 21 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging intact, suitable for resale.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by MYSTO.

Items returned in a condition that affects resale may not qualify for a refund. In such cases, MYSTO reserves the right to decline the return or offer a partial refund at our discretion.
