Where Light Lives A study of light, movement, and the quiet structures of nature.
Born from Vancouver’s landscape, Lace Knit looks closely at the details that often go unnoticed: the veins of a skeleton leaf, dew suspended on a spiderweb, sunlight breaking through a forest canopy, and shadows shifting across the body. These natural structures become the language of the collection. Through experimental openwork knitting, cashmere is reimagined with intentional negative space which allow air, movement and light to pass through the garment. What is traditionally associated with warmth and enclosure becomes delicate, breathable and free.
The campaign follows this same feeling. A wanderer moves through Vancouver’s green landscape without a defined destination. Clothing does not restrict or dictate the journey; it moves with her. Light enters through the knit, nature enters through the openings, and the boundary between garment, body and environment begins to disappear.
The collection is ultimately about leaving space and keeping only what is essential and allowing the rest to breathe. Cashmere, rewritten through light.
